Coconut Lime Mojito Shooters w Blueberry #healthydrink #easyrecipe #cocktail #smoothie

These rich coconut lime mojito shooters with a hit of blueberry are your new tropical escape. This basic lime mojito shot has a superb equalization of flavors and is so natural to assemble. Can be made early so gathering arranging is simpler!

I'll be straightforward with you. I've never been a tremendous enthusiast of shots. In the event that I am going to drink, I generally attempt and get the beverage with the most volume since I need to have the option to enjoy the flavors again and again. Most shots are simply so transitory in flavor and I need to have to an ever increasing extent, however my liver can't deal with all that! I'm not 21 any longer.

Be that as it may, at that point I attempted this smooth shooter and became hopelessly enamored with it. The richness covers the tongue all the more so the flavors last more and makes it a substantially more fulfilling knowledge. I chose I expected to make my very own creation. With Cinco de Mayo only a day away, these coconut lime mojito shooters appeared the undeniable decision!

My mother, the master shot taker (obviously) proposed delicately blending the base of the glasses after you've included the coconut lime mojito shooters to blend in the blueberry marginally and give it an ombre look. All around played, mother. Very much played.

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • ¾ cup blueberries (I used frozen wild blueberries)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup packed mint leaves, plus extra for optional garnish
  • ½ cup, plus 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/3 cup, plus ¼ cup white rum

  1. Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator for several hours undisturbed. Open the can and scoop out the thickened top layer, discarding the water at the bottom.
  2. While the coconut is separating in the refrigerator, make the blueberry syrup. Mix together the blueberries, sugar, and water together in a saucepan and heat on medium. Mash the blueberries well and cook until the mixture is syrupy. Strain the syrup and chill.
  3. Whisk the coconut and sweetened condensed milk together and set aside.
  4. Muddle the mint, lime, and rum together until the mint releases its oils into the liquid. Strain out the mint and discard.
  5. Evenly distribute the blueberry syrup in the bottoms of the shot glasses. Carefully top with the coconut lime mojito. Gently stir the bottom of each shooter to mix in the blueberry and give a nice ombre look if desired. Top with mint, if desired.
  6. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several hours until ready to serve.
